Return and Refund Policy


HAPPY – Dry Fruits Products Company


At HAPPY, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality dry fruits to our customers. Each product is carefully inspected and hygienically packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is expired or contaminated at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used dry fruits
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
